SWAGGER NETWORKS OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Contestants will enter by participating in voting and ranking of contest videos on SwaggerNetworks.com and sharing favorite videos on social media outlets.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 12 years old. Employees of SWAGGER NETWORKS, INC., (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
  3. WINNER SELECTION: Contestants will be eligible to earn “Swagger Points” by participating in voting, ranking and sharing video contests featured on www.swaggernetworks.com . The top three point earners during each contest period shall be awarded prizes.
  4. PRIZES: Winners will receive merchandise from Swagger Networks sponsors, with a maximum value of less than $600.
  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within 14 days after the conclusion of the applicable contest. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participants hereby grant Swagger Networks, Inc., a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the submission (along with their names, voices, performance and/or likenesses) in all media now known and later come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Swagger Networks, Inc., the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their submission in order to grant such a license.
  7. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries and comments on contests become the property of Swagger Networks, Inc. Swagger Networks, Inc. reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
  8. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Swagger Networks, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
  9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Swagger Networks, Inc., is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email, submissions, votes or rankings, or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Swagger Networks, Inc., may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Contestants and users further agree to release Swagger Networks, Inc., their agents, attorneys, affiliates, directors, employees and officers, from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
  10. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in SAN DIEGO COUNTY, SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California law, without reference to California’s choice of law rules, governs the Contest and all aspects related thereto, the participants expressly waiving any other forum that they may be entitled to in light of their current or future domiciles.
  11. OFFICIAL RULES; WINNERS LISTS: For a copy of the Official Rules and/or list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below.
